- Application Instructions:Achieve a seamless application with your Gang sheet using these straightforward steps.
- Skip Pre-Pressing: You can omit pre-pressing or pre-ironing as moisture removal isn't required. Only pre-press if you prefer.
- Align Your Design: Place your transfer in the desired position. Heat-resistant tape is typically unnecessary for flat heat presses but is advisable for hats or when using an iron.
- Apply Pressure:Press with medium pressure at 310°F / 155°C for 15 seconds. To prevent garment damage, test first and use parchment paper or a protective sheet.
- Cool and Peel:Allow the transfer to cool for 15-30 seconds. Our Fast Cool Peel Air Transfer Blower can expedite this. Peel from one corner, ensuring full adhesion. If issues occur, re-press with increased pressure and time (+5-10 seconds), or raise the temperature by 15°F increments until perfect.
- Final Press & Care: Cover with parchment paper or a thin layer of t-shirt fabric, then press for 15 seconds to soften the design and improve durability.
