Follow these four straightforward steps to ensure your UV Stickers adhere correctly.

• Surface Prep:Clean the surface of your item before applying the UV Stickers using soap and water or a 50/50 mix of rubbing alcohol and water. A cleaner surface ensures longer-lasting adhesion, even under natural elements, washing, and wear and tear. While it will stick without this step, it is highly recommended.
• Pre-Squeegee: Cut out your sticker/decal, then place the design face down with the white side facing up. Using the padded end of the included squeegee, apply firm pressure over the entire design 2-4 times. Apply extra pressure and repetitions on thin and separated design elements, such as small text.
• Detach the Clear Carrier Sheet From the White Backing: Make a small tear away from the design to separate the clear carrier sheet from the white backing. Gently peel the clear carrier sheet, ensuring the entire design lifts off the white backing. Remember: Don’t peel with your hands, peel with your eyes. For designs with thin lines and small elements, peel slowly. If parts don't lift, re-squeegee and try peeling again from a different angle. You’ll get the hang of it with practice.
• Apply Your UV-DTF PermaSticker to Your Item: Identify the placement area on your item. For smaller designs (4 inches & under), carefully place the design onto the placement area with two hands for better control. For larger designs (6 inches & larger), start placing the sticker from one side and work your way to the other. This helps control placement, reduce bubbles, and prevent wrinkling of the carrier sheet which could cause misalignment or overlapping of the design. Tip: Leave a corner of the carrier sheet unpressed for easy peeling.
• Finalize the Transfer Process: Once the design is placed, firmly squeegee it 2-4 times. Peel slowly, ensuring all elements adhere properly. Again, remember: use your eyes, not just your hands. If any part of the design doesn't stick, lay the carrier sheet back down, re-squeegee, and try peeling from a different angle.
