- For professional results with your DTF transfer, follow these straightforward steps : Skip Pre-Pressing or Ironing: Moisture removal isn't needed. Prepress only if you prefer.
- Align Your Design: Carefully position the transfer on your item. Use heat-resistant tape for hats or when ironing.
- Press:Use medium pressure at 310°F / 155°C for 15 seconds. You won't harm the transfer by using a bit more heat, pressure, or time—within reason.
- Cool and Peel:Allow the transfer to cool for 15-30 seconds after pressing. Gently lift from one corner and peel back, ensuring full adhesion.
- Final Press & Wash:Place parchment paper or a t-shirt layer over the design and press for another 15 seconds. For a shiny finish, use a protective guard sheet. When washing, turn the shirt inside out, wash on cold, and dry on low heat or hang dry.
